Privacy Policy

Your email address, and for a reservation: the amount, currency, country of the payment method, and whether the reservation is paid or refunded. Card and bank details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store them.

After reserving, you can optionally share what interested you, your current keyboard setup and a short note. You can skip the survey without affecting your reservation.

To keep your reservation, tell you when orders open, answer your questions and process refunds. Optional feedback helps us understand which features matter and improve Kinset.

Our hosting and database providers, Dodo Payments, Resend for reservation emails, and our job scheduler. They handle the information needed to provide their services. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.

For as long as your reservation is active, and afterwards only as long as accounting law requires.
