Reservation Terms

A reservation holds a place in Batch 01 for one Kinset keyboard. It is not an order, and you are not committed to buy anything.

The fee is $1. It secures the $150 launch price for one keyboard with the trackball (the same configuration is $250 without a reservation) and is credited in full toward your order when orders open.

Your reservation is refundable in full at any time before you place your order. Email team@kinsetkeys.com from the address you reserved with. Refunds go back to the original payment method. See the refund policy.

Final orders for Batch 01 will open within a month. We will email you when they open. If we ever have to change the specifications or the $150 price before orders open, we will email you first, and if you no longer want the keyboard you get a full refund. If Batch 01 is cancelled, every reservation is refunded in full.

Reservations are sold by Kinsetkeys. Reservation payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles your payment and any refund. Questions: team@kinsetkeys.com.
