You can cancel a reservation for a full refund at any time before you place your order. Email team@kinsetkeys.com from the address you reserved with; no reason needed.

We issue the refund within 2 to 3 business days. It goes back to the original payment method, and banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancellation and return terms for the keyboard itself are published before orders open.
